What is Kaffa Roastery?
Kaffa Roastery is a Helsinki-based coffee roastery whose coffees can be found on grocery store shelves, at office coffee stations, and in numerous restaurants and cafés across Finland. Our mission is to transform Finnish coffee culture, one cup at a time.
Honesty, ease, courage, care, and joy are at the heart of everything we do. Our roastery, production facility, café, and office currently employ 22 passionate coffee professionals. In addition to Finnish, English is also used as an internal working language.
Kaffa is a fun, bold, and agile company where new experiments and ideas are welcomed with enthusiasm. We want to be a challenger in Finland’s coffee industry and help transform Finnish coffee culture.
